Retail Brand Ambassador – Home Improvement
Affordable Home Services | Northern Colorado
We are building a brand-new in-store marketing team inside Big Box Retail locations and we are hiring the first group of Brand Ambassadors!
This is NOT door-to-door sales and you are not selling HVAC systems.
Your role is simply to talk with homeowners, explain our promotional offers, and help them schedule a FREE in-home estimate or discounted HVAC tune-up with one of our licensed technicians.
You will work at a customer information table and engage shoppers in friendly conversations.

### What You’ll Do
- Greet and talk with customers
- Ask simple qualifying questions about their home
- Explain our HVAC tune-up and free estimate promotions
- Set appointments for our technicians
- Track leads and appointments (we train you)
You are the first step in helping homeowners improve comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in their homes.

### Schedule
- Flexible part-time shifts

Pay $18hr
- Hourly base pay
- Bonus for appointments set
