Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.
You'll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.
- What You'll Do
- Learn and perform all aspects of store operations
- Handle all sales, collections and service on a route while learning our system
- Lead by example in sales and customer service
- Help manage customer accounts and collections
- Train and motivate team members
- Set up and maintain showroom displays
- Put together new merchandise
- Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise
- Monitor inventory and merchandise flow
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
- Help recruit, coach, and develop employees
- Work toward managing your own store location
- What We're Looking For
- Retail management experience preferred
- Sales experience required
- Collections or account management experience preferred
- Rent-to-own experience is a major plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances
