Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a HVAC Service Tech who is interested in developing their knowledge of the trade and putting forth quality work.Responsibilities:· Lead service and repairs of HVAC systems in residential buildings.· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.· Collaborate with leads to schedule and prioritize installations.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.· Train junior installers/techs and provide guidance.Required Qualifications:· High School Diploma, or equivalent.· Valid Driver’s License.· 1 years' experience as an HVAC tech.· Attention to Detail.· Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.· Excellent problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:· EPA, NATE, and O6a / O6b / O2 certifications preferred.
