Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Sales Manager, based in San Antonio, TX. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the contact center, lead a team of sales representatives, and ensure the team meets performance goals and sales targets. Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, monitoring performance metrics, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high customer service standards. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, address client needs, and drive business growth.
