Your New Role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems
- Identify repair solutions and explain findings clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
- Maintain company safety and quality standards on every job
- Provide professional customer service during service appointments
- Work throughout Southampton, PA, and surrounding service areas

Requirements
- 6 years of HVAC service technician experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience repairing mechanical and electrical HVAC systems
- Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC control systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional work habits
- Ability to work scheduled on-call rotations and rotating Saturdays
