We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
*Duties*
- Conduct warm AND cold calls* to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Identify business development opportunities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales on the spot. Be a closer!
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts daily. Daily proper utilization of CRM tool is required. Prior CRM usage is a major plus.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in construction sales or a related field preferred
- Strong ability to self motivate and go close the deal
