Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms.
- Utilize proper techniques for floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning preferences.
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and efficiently to deliver top-quality results.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
