We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help schedule service calls, coordinate with technicians, solve customer problems, and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Coordinate with technicians and dispatchers
- Enter notes and manage customer records
- Create follow-up tasks and work orders
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- ServiceTitan CRM experience highly preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience
