Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
- Set denture teeth for proper function and esthetics.
- Perform waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and quality inspections.
- Bend wire for removable partial dentures.
- Complete denture relines and repairs.
- Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory.
- Cross-train in multiple laboratory functions.
- Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of dental laboratory experience.
- Experience trimming and pouring denture models.
- Experience with denture waxing, processing, finishing, and fabrication.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Same-day denture fabrication experience.
- Experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish.
- Experience in high-volume dental laboratory environments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and artistic ability.
- Passion for precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases while maintaining quality.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new laboratory techniques.
