Dental Lab Full Technician – Denture & Implant Fabrication
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician / Denture Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures, same-day dentures, implant-supported dentures, and removable dental prosthetics. This hands-on dental laboratory position is responsible for completing the denture fabrication process from start to finish, including setting teeth, denture waxing, wire bending, finishing, processing, repairs, relines, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
The ideal candidate is a skilled Dental Lab Technician, Full Denture Technician, or Removable Prosthetics Technician with strong bench experience and a desire to expand their technical and leadership skills. Qualified technicians may have the opportunity to serve as an Associate Lab Manager in the absence of the laboratory manager.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
- Perform denture waxing, tooth setting, wire bending, finishing, and processing.
- Fabricate and complete same-day dentures when required.
- Work on implant-supported dentures and overdenture cases.
- Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, function, and esthetics throughout the denture fabrication process.
- Perform hands-on dental laboratory procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
- Serve periodically as Associate Lab Manager in the laboratory manager's absence when qualified.
- Follow all applicable OSHA protocols, laboratory safety procedures, and workplace standards.
- Cross-train in multiple dental laboratory departments and production areas.
- Work collaboratively with other dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Standard daytime business hours of the dental laboratory and dental practice
- Consistent weekday schedule
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency through a hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment
- Experience with denture fabrication, processing, finishing, and related laboratory procedures
- Ability to work effectively with your hands and maintain strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental laboratory
- Ability and willingness to follow OSHA and dental laboratory safety protocols
- Ability to cross-train and perform multiple dental laboratory functions
- Same-day denture fabrication experience preferred but not required
- Experience with implant-supported dentures
- Experience with implant overdentures
- Experience with removable prosthetics and complete denture fabrication
- Previous experience serving as a lead or senior dental laboratory technician
- Interest in developing dental laboratory leadership and management skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or patient-focused dental laboratory
