Affordable Benefits Solutions is dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service to our valued members. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Billing Retention Representative to join our team at our Delray Beach office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from members regarding their discount memberships
- Address and resolve questions, concerns, and inquiries related to memberships
- Process cancellation requests and issue refunds accurately
- Make outbound calls to follow up with members on outstanding payments
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all member interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment or customer service role, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with members
- Reliable transportation to commute to Delray Beach office
- Highly organized and able to work well in a team setting
Compensation: The weekly base pay is $700.00 for a 40 hour week, paid via direct deposit every Friday. Saved Deals are $15/each, paid via check every Friday.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, ABSOLUTELY NO REMOTE
Please Note: This position currently offers no benefits and no overtime.
