Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through inbound leads, online leads, outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and available automotive financing options to meet customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, understanding client preferences, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to support outbound sales efforts and client communication
- Support the dealership’s overall sales support activities, including maintaining a clean showroom environment
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive or passenger car sales, dealership environments preferred but not required; strong B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, deal closing, and achieving sales targets within a retail or automotive setting
- Outstanding customer service abilities to foster trust and loyalty
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone or in person, including public speaking or client presentation skills that support effective client engagement

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
