Sales Representative - Auto Glass Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identify market opportunities and effectively promote our products and services. The Sales Representative will utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.

Duties

• Manage assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
• Utilize Salesforce software for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting on sales activities.
• Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business through direct sales efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with territory management principles and techniques.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and upselling strategies.
• Proficient in using Salesforce software or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
