What You’ll Do
You’ll be the vital link between our technicians, vendors, and inventory — ensuring the right parts get where they need to go, and nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities include:
- Order parts daily based on technician and service manager requests
- Receive, label, and organize incoming parts in our inventory system
- Track and manage in-house parts inventory, including returns and stock levels
- Run parts locally, delivering to techs in the field or picking up urgent items from suppliers (as needed)
- Coordinate part returns to vendors for credits, RMAs, and warranty processing
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom with clear part categorization
- Work closely with service team to ensure all jobs have the parts they need
- Communicate with vendors on order status, backorders, and pricing
- Prior experience in parts coordination, inventory, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory platforms)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks
- A “get-it-done” attitude and strong sense of ownership
