Affluent Dental Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Manager or Dental Consultant to support De Novo dental practice launches through hands-on implementation leadership, team coordination, and performance tracking.
This 1099 opportunity is ideal for a seasoned dental operations professional who enjoys owning execution, leading teams through launch readiness, monitoring KPIs and trends, and ensuring new practices are operationally sound and positioned for early production growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Executing De Novo implementation plans from pre-opening through launch readiness
- Coordinating licensure, compliance, payroll, and operational setup
- Configuring practice management systems, phones, scheduling, and reporting
- Implementing HR onboarding and payroll readiness for new teams
- Providing day-one leadership support to ensure team readiness and role clarity
- Monitoring key KPIs and early performance trends (production, scheduling utilization, payroll readiness, reporting accuracy)
- Tracking trends, identifying risks or gaps, and escalating insights to ADC leadership
- Managing vendor timelines and cross-functional dependencies
- Testing and validating systems prior to opening
- Providing weekly internal progress, KPI, and trends updates with early risk escalation

Contract Details & Compensation
- Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Compensation Range: $5,000 - $6,000 per month (project-based)
