Position Overview
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Norwood, NJ area. These are 1:1 private duty nursing cases with children who require attentive, developmentally appropriate skilled care in the comfort of their homes.
We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts, offering flexibility for nurses looking to build a schedule that fits their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized pediatric nursing care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child
- Monitor clinical status — Assess, document, and respond to changes in condition
- Support family-centered care — Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability
- Ensure a safe home environment — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
Pay Rate
- RN: $39–$41/hr
Available Shifts
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
