Requirements
- Active Connecticut RN License
- New York applicants must hold active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
- Current BLS Certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical Exam within the past year
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or Chest X-Ray within the past five years
