Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 12‑year‑old girl in Nutley, NJ. This role is perfect for RNs who enjoy pediatrics and value the meaningful impact of individualized home‑care nursing.

Key Responsibility
Provide evening and weekend pediatric nursing care — Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and clinical needs are met during non‑school hours
Pay Rate
RN: $39–$41/hr
Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN License
Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
