Available Cases & Schedules
- Glen Cove: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Glen Head: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Oyster Bay: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

- Active New York State HHA certification required
- Minimum of one year of HHA experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
Candidates must provide the required health documentation for onboarding, including:
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months, or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization documentation, as required by applicable onboarding requirements
