Job Title: Resourcing Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in-office (Monday required; typically Mon/Tues/Thurs)


Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Resourcing Coordination

  • Review forecasted sales opportunities and estimates on a regular cadence
  • Update forecasted resourcing needs based on sales pipeline and changes
  • Collaborate with Sales and CEM teams to understand upcoming resource needs
  • Meet bi-weekly with Practice Leads to review resourcing forecasts by business unit Project Kick-Off & Closeout
  • Attend internal project kick-off meetings to provide resourcing support
  • Assist with project creation in Pivot for select engagements (e.g. CSP Licensing, no PM, Staffing)
  • Complete project close processes by closing out resourcing-related projects Ongoing Resourcing Support
  • Handle ad hoc resourcing requests from the PMO
  • Adjust resources as needed for PTO, holidays, and project shifts
  • Monitor resourcing systems to ensure accurate project closure when resourcing ends
  • Reconcile discrepancies between CRM and Pivot systems Onboarding & Credential Management
  • Support onboarding for Named Accounts and Beeline-assigned roles
  • Maintain list of team members with client credentials
  • Run quarterly audits to ensure credentials are removed when no longer needed
  • Assist with Beeline onboarding and time entry audits HR & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support for HR requests and team coordination


Qualifications Experience & Background

  • 2 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or operations support roles.
  • Background in resourcing, HR admin, or PMO support is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and VMS tools (e.g., Dynamics, Beeline, or similar).
  • Experience supporting sales or professional services teams is a plus. Technical & Administrative Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working with project forecasting tools and resource planning platforms.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to track, audit, and manage resourcing and onboarding data. Soft Skills & Work Style
  • Self-starter and go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong follow-through, ability to own and drive projects with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills - able to liaise effectively across Sales, HR, PMO, and Practice Leads.
  • Deadline-oriented with strong time management and prioritization abilities.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $25-30/hour
  • Hours: 20-30 hours per week
  • Employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a regular basis to be eligible for company benefits
