Affirma Consulting, ranked one of the "Best Companies to Work For" and "Fastest Growing Companies" in Washington for the past four years is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Lead for an innovative local furniture retailer.
Using the Seattle showroom as a base of operations, the Sales Lead will help expand the sale of the company’s hand crafted furniture to designers and architects in the greater Puget Sound region who serve residential customers.
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
• Possess a network of residential designer/architecture firms with which the candidate has done previous business
• Drive new business by establishing relationships with previous and new residential designer/architecture firms
• Take a focused, systematic and energetic approach to building contact lists and calling on leads in the greater Puget Sound region
• Participate in showroom sales, on-going merchandising of inventory and maintaining the showroom
• Participate in the development of and then implement a marketing plan for outside and showroom sales
• Manage the customer experience
Experience
• Existing relationships with and sales through the residential design/architecture community
• Outside furniture sales or sales experience in a related industry
• Showroom furniture sales
• Strong customer service principles and practices
• Experienced with using computer based tools, e.g. CRM, Microsoft Office
• 5 – 7 years of sales experience
Compensation: Base salary, commissions, health care, profit sharing, and 401K
