The ideal candidate should be a go-getter that is well rounded and is able to be innovative in a fast-paced organization. The Business Analyst must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn new technologies. This individual will act as the liaison between customers, departments, technology teams and support teams.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Highly focused and detail oriented
• Outstanding Excel skills (PowerPivot, PivotTable, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and analyze information
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and also as a productive team member.
• Translate customer business process and requirements to specific software requirements.
• Consult and collaborate with customers, subject matter experts and system developers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs.
• Comfortable working with a variety of audiences such as customers, project managers, subject matter experts, executives, developers etc.
• Must be willing and available to work Monday - Friday with the flexibility for occasional weekend and evening hours.
• 2-3 years’ experience
Desired skillsets and/or experience:
• T-SQL querying
• SQL Server
• Power BI
• Microsoft “Power” platform
• Business Intelligence reporting using Microsoft or ORACLE
