Part-Time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)
Starting Pay range is $21- $23/hr. depending on education and experience.
Sign-on incentive of up to $1000! $500 after 90 days of employment, and an additional $500 after one year of employment.
Provide support to a 16 yr. old female Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:30 pm-6:30 pm.

Affinity's BHPs provide in-home and community support to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. BHPs work one-on-one and, in a group setting, with the individual(s) on challenging behaviors, social skills, personal care, daily living skills, and community integration.

Job Requirements:
- Good driving record and reliable transportation with valid inspection/registration.
- Vehicle insurance liability requirements of $100,000/$300,000.
- GPS Monitoring in your vehicle (includes roadside assistance).
- Ability to complete BHP training within one year from the hire date.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to complete online documentation using several computer applications and systems. This will require the use of a smartphone and GPS enabling.
- Organized.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements:
- Over age 18 with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Preference is given to those applicants with BHP certification or experience working with children.
