The successful candidate will act as the single-threaded owner for the Women’s Health domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical design workshops with physicians, nurses, and operational stakeholders
- Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across clinical teams
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles
- Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows
- Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domain
- Design workflows supporting prenatal care, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
- Configure and optimize fetal monitoring integration and maternal documentation workflows
- Align order sets, documentation, and care pathways specific to OB/GYN practices
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards and regulatory requirements in maternal care
- Support integration with related domains (e.g., newborn care, lab, pharmacy)
- 5 years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience
- Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full EHR/HIS/CIS implementations
- Strong background in Women’s Health workflows (OB/GYN, L&D, postpartum)
- Proven ability to lead workshops and engage clinical stakeholders
- Experience owning design decisions (not just contributing)
- Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Remote with travel (approximately 1 week per month onsite)
- Part-time: 0.5 FTE (with potential to scale)
