What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate position at Affinity Wealth Management LLC?
Affinity Wealth Management, LLC is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who possesses a passion for customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced / challenging environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing daily client requests
- Onboarding and maintaining client accounts
- Managing cash and security movements including deposits, withdraws, gifting, wires, money links, and journals
- Document review and custodian submission
- CRM Opportunity tracking and closure as well as advisor follow up of new assets
- Scanning documents into document management system
- Updating CRM with correct client and beneficiary information
- Participating in important projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have the ability to quickly learn other computer applications as it relates to the position
- CRM Software knowledge a plus
- Aptitude to learn new software
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction
- Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment; proactive can-do attitude
- Multi-task oriented with extraordinary attention to detail
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your team, managers, and our clients
