Responsabilities
You'll be the mastermind behind epic adventure itineraries:
- Caribbean diving expeditions
- European hiking & cycling tours
- Hidden gems & off-the-beaten-path destinations only locals whisper about
- MAasai Mara safaris, Patagonia treks, Icelandic glacial adventures, Costa Rican zip-lining
Your Day-to-Day:
- Chat with clients about their adventure travel dreams and craft bespoke itineraries
- Recommend gear, safety tips, and fitness prep for trips
- Handle concerns with professionalism and deliver timely resolutions
- Sprinkle in insider hacks, upgrades, and wow moments for adventure seekers
- Support clients throughout their journey — from planning to post-trip feedback
- Stay updated on new adventure destinations, safety standards, and industry trends
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
- Quick to learn new online systems and booking tools
- Experienced in customer service (hospitality, travel, or outdoor guide background is a plus)
- Passionate about adventure travel and helping others explore the world
- Zero experience also welcomed — we'll train you!
