Job Description: Team Supervisor - Onsite Lead
We are actively seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage a travel team of 10. It is your main responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. To achieve this you must be able to motivate your team for success.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Candidates will have experience managing larger install teams (6 ) for at least 2 years executing new or remodel retail store projects.
- A proven track record of extensive travel and the capacity to be away from home for weeks at a time throughout the year.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting store floor plans, planograms, and fixture schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and confidently without needing direction.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ambition and capability to take on increased responsibility and advance within a growing organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions with customers and employees at all levels.
