Position Overview
The Executive Vice President of Product is responsible for leading the company’s entire product organization, defining product vision, strategy, and execution to drive growth, user engagement, and market leadership.
This role oversees all aspects of product development, from ideation to launch and lifecycle management.
Role Focus: Product vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy
Define and own the company’s product vision and long-term roadmap.
Align product strategy with overall business objectives.
Identify new product opportunities and innovation areas.
2. Product Leadership
Lead and scale the global product organization (Product Managers, Designers, Analysts).
Establish product management frameworks, culture, and best practices.
Build a high-performance, user-centric product team.
3. Product Development & Execution
Oversee the entire product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → iteration).
Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and operations.
4. Growth & User Experience
Optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Leverage data and analytics to improve user experience.
Drive product-led growth strategies.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
Establish product metrics, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks.
Use insights to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Innovation & Market Leadership
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Drive innovation in core and adjacent product areas.
Maintain competitive differentiation.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
15 years of experience in product management or product leadership.
Proven experience leading large-scale product organizations.
Strong understanding of product strategy, UX, and technology.
Preferred
Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-growth tech companies.
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience building products at scale with global users.
