- Assess patients’ physical conditions through tests, examinations, and history to identify limitations and treatment needs
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals
- Apply various physical therapy techniques and operate specialized equipment safely
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize results
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in professional development and quality assurance activities
- Assist in discharge planning to support continued patient recovery in community settings
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and basic PC skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse healthcare teams
- Ability to handle irregular activity schedules and work under pressure
