Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience, proficiency with OASIS assessments, knowledge of APTA guidelines, ability to supervise staff, skilled in patient assessments and procedures such as wound care and staple removal, and licensure as required.
Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, deliver treatment, coordinate patient care, complete documentation, and assist with patient discharges and transfers. Open to first-time travelers and capable of working independently within federal and state regulations.
