Role: Provide direct patient care in ICU/Critical Care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with facility protocols.
Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective care; perform assessments; monitor patient conditions; collaborate with healthcare teams; adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an RN program; current, unrestricted RN license; previous ICU or neuro ICU experience; ability to lift up to 80 pounds using proper techniques; physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting; exposure to chemicals, infectious materials, and bloodborne pathogens.
Key Duties: Maintain patient safety; respond to emergencies; administer medications; document care; ensure compliance with protocols; work night shifts (3 days, 12 hours).
