- Administering and monitoring skilled therapy treatments.
- Supporting staff development and managing performance.
- Coordinating team activities, documentation, training, and schedules to meet organizational goals.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Current state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP.
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience.
- CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding professional certification preferred.
- Leadership experience is desirable.
