Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services tailored to individual and family needs
- Develop goal-oriented, personalized service plans with clients
- Deliver services in diverse settings, including homes, community, or offices
- Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
