Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.

• Responsibilities: Implement nursing processes including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation; Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve patient outcomes; Administer treatments and nursing interventions; Assess health concerns and develop care plans; Document care and patient responses; Educate patients and families on health conditions; Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license in applicable state; BSN preferred; Minimum of 400 hours supervised clinical training or RN experience; Ability to maintain certifications and continuing education.
