- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
- Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state or within a compact licensure agreement
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials, with some requiring acquisition within a specified timeframe
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and sustain prolonged standing and walking
