Role: Registered Nurse providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities: Delivering quality care across various departments (Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, Med-Surg, Women's Health), evaluating caregiver performance, and supporting team collaboration in line with mission and standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license; minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience for Med-Surg, 2 years for specialty areas; preferred BSN and Epic experience. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable, with physical ability to lift, stand, and perform duties requiring physical exertion.
Key Duties: Flexible scheduling with various shifts; responsible for patient care, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting care coordination; adaptable to last-minute shift changes; work in multiple facilities and departments.
