Qualifications & Skills
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
