Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit caring for diverse conditions such as GI, Oncology, Post-Op, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, dehydration, and wound care.
- Maintain an RN-to-Patient ratio of 1:6, supported by Patient Care Associates.
- Participate in team collaboration, fostering a supportive environment.
- Ensure compliance with unit protocols and certifications.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS, with unit-specific certifications as required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movement tasks as needed.
