- Acting as a patient advocate, educating patients, and ensuring timely delivery of treatments.
- Administering medications, performing routine nursing duties, and responding effectively to critical situations.
- Continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of acute nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.
