We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Emergency Department team, providing patient-centered care across all ages in a fast-paced setting.

- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Coordinating and delivering appropriate nursing care based on patient needs and acuity.
- Overseeing activities of support staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
- Providing patient education and documenting care in compliance with organizational policies.
- Identifying clinical issues and communicating effectively with charge nurses, physicians, and team members.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current Georgia RN licensure and BLS certification required.
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, initiative, and ability to handle stressful environments.
- Work within a 38-bed ED serving approximately 160 patients daily, including stroke and STEMI cases.
- Participate in a collaborative team including charge nurses, techs, paramedics, and support staff.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
