- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care according to standards.
- Providing age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan.
- Developing and modifying individualized care plans to ensure quality, efficient patient care.
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
