- Providing 100% outpatient primary care with comfortable patient volumes
- Limited call responsibilities (2-3 days/month, phone-only)
- Working alongside a team of over 30 PCPs and advanced practice providers
- Serving patients at main and outpatient clinic locations
- Sharing in profits and potential shareholder earnings up to $725K
- Participating in a supportive environment with extensive referral networks and in-house specialties
- Receiving benefits such as paid insurance premiums, 401(k), profit sharing, and HSA
- Medical degree and eligibility for North Carolina medical licensure
- Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
