Key Responsibilities
Seeking a Physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join a leading integrated health system. The position involves providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, nurses, therapists, and case managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering full-scope PM&R care, including procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, joint injections, and EMGs
- Managing a diverse patient population with conditions like stroke, spinal cord injury, complex medical issues, joint replacements, trauma, and amputations
- Spending approximately 75% of time on inpatient services in a 37-bed unit and 25% on outpatient care
- Participating in a 1:4 weekend and holiday call rotation
- Utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-powered tools like DAX Copilot to streamline documentation and workflows
- Completion of an accredited PM&R residency program
- Fellowship training is welcomed but not required
