As a PCT on the 3E IMC unit, you'll support higher acuity, monitored patients by providing direct care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and documentation. Responsibilities also include preparing patients for cardiac procedures, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
Qualifications include certification as a CNA, enrollment in nursing school with clinical experience, or two years of relevant experience, along with CPR certification. Prior acute care experience and strong observational skills are preferred.
