- Circulate and scrub for surgical procedures, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
- Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments and administer medications
- Document patient care and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Valid RN license
- Experience in perioperative or surgical nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, patient safety, and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a community-focused environment
