- Responsibilities: Manage patient care, perform deliveries (15-20/month), and handle clinical duties with support from RN, MA, and administrative staff.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, averaging 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of administrative tasks; participate in 24-hour call shifts on a 1:3 basis.
- Clinical Setting: Utilize Epic EMR; conduct routine exams without robotics technology; manage a daily clinic volume of 18-22 patients.
- Qualifications: Board Certified or Eligible ObGyn; current US work visa preferred; prior US residency is advantageous.
- Compensation: Salary and bonuses are individually negotiated; protected salary for the first two years, transitioning to productivity-based pay.
