Role: Nurse Supervisor
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise nursing staff, develop and implement personalized patient care programs, ensure seamless communication between management and staff, monitor staff performance, provide on-the-spot feedback, and assume patient care when needed. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), CRRN certification (within one year of eligibility), preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, at least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, and previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
Key Duties: Supervise nursing care during shifts, manage staff evaluations, foster a culture of compassionate, tailored care, and act as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
