We are seeking a dedicated Neurologic Physical Therapist to join our team in Sonora, CA, on a full-time, day shift basis. The successful candidate will provide specialized physical therapy services to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological disorders.

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of neurological patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve patients' motor function, balance, coordination, and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize recovery outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
- Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and neurological rehabilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
