Role Overview
Provides comprehensive nursing care within a Memory Care community, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and reevaluation of resident needs.
Reports to: Clinical Services Director and RN.
Key Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive nursing care within a Memory Care community, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and reevaluation of resident needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and deliver personalized nursing care according to care plans.
- Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Document assessments and handle resident, family, or physician concerns.
- Respect residents' advance directives and support dignified end-of-life care.
- Respond to emergencies, participate in quality improvement activities, and ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
- Engage in department training and safety protocols, promoting a safe environment.
- Current, valid nursing license with at least three years of experience in senior living and management/supervisory roles or equivalent.
- First Aid and CPR certification, criminal background clearance, health evaluation, and valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills, with a focus on person-centered care.
