Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient-centered nursing care within the scope of practice, supporting healthcare teams in various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately
  • Collect, document, and monitor patient information
  • Perform wound care and educate patients
  • Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed
  • Coordinate care with healthcare team members
  • Perform additional duties based on facility requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Recent PPD within the last year
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations

Additional Details: Competitive hourly pay ($37-$39), flexible scheduling, full-time options, same-day or next-day pay, and local support available. This role is open to local applicants only.
